Dr. Tiana Patrice is an Executive Advisor, leadership strategist, author, and speaker exploring the behaviors, patterns, conversations, and decisions that shape how leaders lead—and how organizations perform.

For more than 15 years, her work has taken her inside executive teams, school systems, hospitality organizations, nonprofits, associations, and complex organizational environments where leadership is happening in real time.

She is the Founder & CEO of Kairos & Lee, an executive advisory firm that partners with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership behavior, organizational culture, strategic alignment, and performance. She is also the Founder of Fearless Leadership Academy, which develops leadership capacity in educators, students, and emerging leaders.

Known for seeing what others miss, connecting patterns across an organization, and creating the conversations that make transformation possible, Dr. Tiana brings a unique lens to leadership: she looks beyond what happened to understand the behaviors that produced it.
