Brandi is a devoted mother of three, a young widow turned warrior, and a serial entrepreneur on a mission to build a legacy. With a background spanning the medical field, health and wellness entrepreneurship, and ownership of a SAM-certified, minority-owned marketing agency, Brandi has built a career rooted in resilience and purpose. After the loss of her spouse, she made the bold decision to turn her pain into power, transforming her personal journey into a national movement of financial empowerment.

In 2017, Brandi launched The Agency at National Harbor, her third business, dedicated to tackling the financial challenges that families and entrepreneurs face today— from retirement planning and debt elimination to business finance and generational wealth building. Recognizing a critical gap in financial education within the entrepreneurial space, she stepped in to fill the void— and the impact was immediate. That same year, she and her team were featured in Oprah Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine, and she has since become a sought-after speaker on financial literacy and business success.

Recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 40 Under 40, Brandi has built one of the largest financial firms within her brokerage. She serves on multiple nonprofit boards, holds a leadership role in the Capital Speakers Club, and has been honored as a Minority Business of the Month by the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce and Prince George’s Economic Development Center.

As a founding member of the National Harbor Business Networking International and the DMV Chapter President for Women of Insurance, Brandi has expanded her financial firm to over 700 individuals nationwide. Her mission is clear: to revolutionize financial literacy, empower communities, and create a legacy that will impact generations to come.
